Terms and conditions
Last updated:
These terms govern the use of motorsote.com and the requests, quotes and orders you place with us. By sending a request or confirming an order, you accept them.
1. Who we are
Bizion Group LLC ("Motorsote"), located at 900 Biscayne Blvd. Suite 5412, Miami, FL 33132, United States. Phone: +1 (786) 867-5447 · +57 (321) 815-3393.
Requests, complaints and claims: info@motorsote.com.
2. What the site offers
The site describes our services for identifying, sourcing, purchasing and shipping auto parts internationally, and receives quote requests. No products are sold and no payments are made on the site: purchases are agreed with a specialist by WhatsApp or email.
3. Requests and quotes
Sending a request does not oblige you to buy. Every quote states:
- The part, its part number and its condition: new original (OEM), remanufactured or used.
- The price of the part and of shipping to the destination, in U.S. dollars (USD). Import duties, taxes and charges in the destination country are not included unless the quote says otherwise (section 6).
- Any special packaging charges: glass parts, such as windshields and door glass, travel in a wooden crate costing 50 to 200 USD depending on size and destination.
- How long the quote is valid: seven (7) days.
- The estimated delivery time and the available payment methods.
- Your right of withdrawal, according to the destination country.
Part availability is confirmed at the time of payment.
4. Part identification and superseded part numbers
If you give us the part number, you are responsible for it being the right one for your vehicle. If we identify the part from the details you gave us (VIN, make, model, year or photos), we are responsible for that identification.
When the manufacturer has discontinued a part number, we may offer you the original (OEM) part number that supersedes it. We tell you so in the quote and the purchase is made for that part number at the quoted price; for that reason, no difference is refunded if the replacement is cheaper than the original.
5. Order confirmation, payment and cancellation
Your order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing and make the payment. We will send you a summary with the part, the total price, the estimated delivery date and the order details.
Payment methods: bank transfer in the United States, transfer or deposit in Colombia, credit or debit card (through eBay), Zelle and PayPal.
- If, after payment, a part is not available or we can only source fewer units, we will let you know and ship the order partially or cancel it. We refund what you paid for anything not shipped, including its shipping; if that part did not change the shipping cost (carriers charge a 1 kg minimum), only its price is refunded.
- You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not shipped, and we refund everything you paid. If a part is specially ordered from a remote distributor, it may not be possible to cancel it once ordered; in that case we will warn you in the quote. This does not affect your right of withdrawal.
- Refunds are made using the same method you paid with.
6. Shipping and import
- We ship from the United States to most countries, including Colombia, Mexico, Canada, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Brazil and countries in Europe, Asia and Oceania. Availability and cost depend on the destination and the part.
- We ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Arexpress, Servientrega or other operators, depending on the destination, the type of part, its weight, its dimensions and its value.
- If the part is in stock, we usually ship it within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and include purchasing from the supplier, receiving in Miami, international transport and customs clearance.
- Unless the quote says otherwise, you are the importer of record and you pay the duties, taxes, fees and clearance charges collected by customs or the carrier in the destination country. We provide the commercial documents needed: invoice, part description, declared value and country of origin.
- We are responsible to you for loss of or damage to the part in transit, and we file the claim with the carrier. If you choose your own freight forwarder or mailbox service, we are responsible until we hand the part over to that forwarder.
- If the part arrives damaged or incomplete, email us photos at info@motorsote.com within ten (10) days of receiving it, so we can claim from the carrier in time. Reporting it later does not take away your legal warranty.
- For safety, our warehouse team may open the packaging to inspect the part before shipping and then reseal it.
- Some parts do not include small items such as bolts, nuts or bushings, because the manufacturer supplies them separately; the quote states what is included.
- If you refuse a shipment without a valid reason, reshipping it has an additional cost.
7. Withdrawal, returns and warranty
Your rights of withdrawal, payment reversal and legal warranty are explained in our Returns and warranty policy. Nothing in these terms limits them.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
The site's content belongs to Motorsote or is used with permission. Manufacturer trademarks (Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz and others) belong to their owners; we mention them to indicate compatibility, which does not imply sponsorship or official representation of those brands.
The photographs on the site, except the video of our team, are illustrations generated with artificial intelligence and do not show real products, people or facilities.
9. Liability
We are responsible for the information we publish and for the parts we sell as provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
10. Personal data
We process your data under our Privacy policy.
11. Requests, complaints and claims
Email us at info@motorsote.com. We answer within fifteen (15) business days at most.
12. Governing law
If you buy as a consumer in Colombia, Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) applies and you keep your right to go to Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co) or to the courts of your place of residence.
If you buy as a consumer from the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, whatever law these terms choose.
If you buy from any other country, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and disputes are resolved before the courts of the United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
13. Changes
We will publish any change on this site with its date. Changes do not affect accepted quotes or orders already confirmed.
