This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit motorsote.com, send us a request or contact us, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Bizion Group LLC ("Motorsote"), a company organized in the United States, with no company, branch or representative in Colombia.
- Address: 900 Biscayne Blvd. Suite 5412, Miami, FL 33132, United States.
- Email for personal data and complaints: info@motorsote.com.

We process your data in accordance with Colombian Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and the Colombian rules that amend or complement them, because our services are aimed at people in Colombia.
Because we also sell to people in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) also applies when you are there. Section 13 explains your additional rights.
3. Data we process and how we obtain it

| Form (optional fields) | Engine, VIN or vehicle serial, OEM part number, quantity and photos of the part. | No |
| Partner form | Name, position, work email, company name, country, city and postal code, industry and partnership type. Optional: WhatsApp, website and company description. | Yes, except optional fields |

We do not request sensitive data. The VIN identifies your vehicle and we only use it to find the right part. Please do not include identity documents or other people's data in photos or descriptions.
When your browser supports it, photos are resized before they are sent, which removes their metadata, such as GPS location.

5. Your authorization and how we record it
To send any of our forms you must tick the authorization box; it is never pre-ticked. Together with your request we keep the date and time, the version of this policy and the text you accepted, as proof of your authorization.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, you authorize us to use that data to handle your inquiry under this policy, which we link next to the WhatsApp button.

7. Your rights
As the data subject you can:
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
- Be informed about how we have used your data.
- Revoke your authorization or request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
- Access your data free of charge.
- File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co) once you have completed the process with us.
8. How to exercise your rights
Email us at info@motorsote.com from the email address or number you used to contact us, stating your name, what you are requesting and how you want to receive the answer. Requests are handled by our customer service team.
- Inquiries: we answer within ten (10) business days at most. If that is not possible, we will tell you why and give a new date, no more than five (5) additional business days later.
- Claims (correction, update, deletion or revocation): we answer within fifteen (15) business days at most, extendable by up to eight (8) business days, and we will tell you why. If the claim is incomplete, we will ask you to complete it within five (5) days; if two (2) months pass without a reply, the claim is considered withdrawn.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find that we have, we will delete it.
11. Security and retention
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to requests is restricted to the staff who handle them.
- Requests and conversations that do not lead to a purchase or a partnership: kept for twelve (12) months.
- Customer, partner and order data: for as long as the business relationship and the part's warranty last, and accounting and tax records for as long as the law requires.
After those periods, we delete the data.
12. Effective date and changes
This version of the policy is effective as of October 8, 2026. Our databases remain in force for as long as the purposes and retention periods described here apply. We will publish any material change on this site, with a new version and date, before applying it.
See also our Terms and conditions and our Returns and warranty policy.
13. If you are in the European Union
In addition to the above, the GDPR gives you the following.
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR art. 6(1)) |
|---|---|
| Handling your request, quoting and managing your order, including by WhatsApp or email | Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (point b) |
| Evaluating your partnership application and managing the partnership | Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (point b) |
| Accounting, tax and customs obligations | Legal obligation (point c) |
| Protecting the site against abuse | Legitimate interest in the security of the service (point f) |
The authorization box on the form is required by Colombian law; for you, the legal basis for processing is the one in this table. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.
- Retention periods: those in section 11.
- Transfers: your data is processed in the United States, where we and most of our providers are located. When data is transferred, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider, or on the transfer being necessary to perform the contract you enter into with us (GDPR art. 49(1)(b)).
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. We answer within one (1) month, extendable by two (2) further months for complex requests, and we will let you know.
- You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
